C’Mere Deer gift cards and unused portions of gift cards do not
expire.
Gift cards must be redeemed through the C’Mere Deer site, http://www.cmeredeer.com Gift
cards may not be redeemed at retailers or on any other Web site that
sell C’Mere Deer products by its affiliates, or any other
person or entity.
Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed for international orders.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a
cash refund.
C’Mere Deer is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Recipients should treat gift cards as they would cash. The risk of loss
and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission
to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
Any unused balance will remain in the gift card.
If the recipient's order exceeds the amount of his or her gift card,
the recipient must pay for the balance with a credit card or other acceptable
payment method.
